Introducing AxieWorld Scholarship Program

Background

It will not be a surprise that ak’s Scholarship Program was inspiration for not only me but many others as well— see list of scholarships. With recent rise of awareness regarding Play to Earn in blockchain gaming we get to a point where it is difficult for players with small budget to get starter team of 3 decent Axies to try it out and enjoy gaming. This is why I would like to join other players who are offering sample starter teams with exchange for profits obtained in Small Love Potion (SLP) through playing.

How does it work?

Registration

To register for scholarship please fill out this form — https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1jx7Ywq43WVOBGZ3kSrlQU0MoCgefBQ9KdwKSft4uPis. After there will be some team available, you will be contacted via Discord.

Discord would be preferred way of communication through whole program as I’m mostly available there — Clumsier#1657. I will usually reply to all DMs within 12–24 hours. Don’t stress out if I’ll not be replying, it can be due to difference our time zones. 😉 Join Discord channel dedicated to AxieWorld!

Axie Account with Starter Team

You will receive credentials (email and password) to account populated with team of 3 Axies for you to start playing. They will let you use Axie application — Android, iOS, desktop however you like! Below you can see some sample teams — it is first batch so get them while they are top ones!

Sweet earnings and Rules!

For playing and winning either PvE or PvP matches and completing daily quest you will be rewarded with Small Love Potion (SLP). Below are some rules regarding Program:

you need Public Ethereum Address, so earnings can be sent to you,
you need to be new player, program targets people who can’t afford buying Axies and would love to try game out. That means that you can’t own your Axies and scholarship program, and you can’t be part of other scholarships at the same time! We all want healthy, happy and good managed community — please keep that in mind,
in case of ban for your account due to suspicious activity (botting, multi-account earning .etc, which violates Axie Infinity Terms) all rewards will be lost — just don’t do it and be fair to other community members,
earn 50 SLP per week (7 SLP/day), this limit should be easily obtainable, unfortunately lack of meeting this can lead to splitting our ways as out there might be other players who are looking for starter teams,
minimum withdrawal is 350 SLP. Withdrawal can be made to your public Ethereum Address in SLP or in ETH. Latter requires exchanging SLP to ETH on Uniswap so fee will be deducted from exchanged ETH to cover this operation cost on Ethereum network. Base service fee is 30% and you keep 70% of SLP that you earned!
withdrawals are free under 50 Gas. If there are times of congestion of Ethereum network and gas fees are enormous I’m sure that we can figure out something in that situation. Hopefully that will no longer be issue on Ronin!
if you would like to hand over your account and your SLP balance is smaller than 350 required for withdrawal, following cuts will be applied:
0–350, fee of 100% will be applied (all earnings are forfeited)
if you earn other tokens through playing PvP and PvE — such as aDAI, AXS, KNC .etc they will be also split with 70%/30% ratio. However keep in mind that sometimes due to fees needed to synchronize those it might not make sense to withdraw them at all as this fee might be greater than value of those tokens,
if you earn tournament prizes all winnings are yours!

Who is the guy whom should I talk to and trust with my earnings?

So that would be me — Clumsier. I’m involved with Axie community since May/June of 2018, mostly as community developer though I also binged on breeding back then and now own about 4200 Axies. You could have used some of the tools or mini-games that I’ve developed alongside with Coco :). Feature of such would include:

Yeah I know, mini-games are now not so hot as they used to be (and a , but I can assure they will be again! 😉

Future of program

With, we all hope, sooner or later land gameplay I’ll be also investigating possibility to continue program with addition of land management. People who will be participants in this Program will be eligible for such!
